Reservation

• Please choose your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page. 
• You have to make a full payment in order to complete the reservation.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled and no refunds will be given. 
• If you have any questions before the procedure, online consultation services are available through Instagram and Kakao Talk.

Before Procedure

• If you've had procedures before, we might ask you to send photos before your appointment. Depending on any scars, marks, or blemishes you might have, certain procedures may not be possible. 
• Please avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before your appointment. 
• To maintain hygiene and prevent infection, additional guests and pets are not allowed.
• If you have had a procedure on the same area in the past, please send three photos (left eye, right eye, and full face) without makeup at the time of booking. (Treatment may not be possible depending on any residual scarring.)
• Eyebrow procedures may not be possible for individuals with conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, heart disease, hepatitis A/B/C, HIV/AIDS, syphilis, keloid-prone skin, autoimmune diseases, an upcoming MRI, pregnancy, breastfeeding, hemophilia, chemotherapy, epilepsy, seizures, organ transplants, allergies, cold, flu, high fever, steroid treatments, lupus, taking Accutane/Retinol, or panic disorders. 
• If you've had Botox or fillers around the forehead, eyebrows, or glabella, you should wait 2 weeks. If you've had facial peeling or laser treatments, wait 6 weeks, and for facial cosmetic surgery, procedures can be performed after 5 months.
• Please avoid taking aspirin, ibuprofen, omega-3, niacin, and vitamin E for 7 days before the procedure.
• Stop using any retinol creams, such as glycolic acid cream, peeling agents, AHA cream, Retin-A cream, and vitamin A cream, two months before your procedure. 
• For eyebrow procedures, please do not trim or pluck your eyebrows; come in their natural state.
• If you have undergone LASIK or any other vision correction surgery, you can have the procedure after six months.

After Procedure

• You can wash your face at least 3 hours after the treatment, but do not rub the treated area. 
• Avoid using eyelash curlers immediately after the treatment and start using mascara the day after.
• Please refrain from drinking and smoking for one week after the procedure. 
• After the treatment, temporary reactions such as troubles, swelling, bruising, or redness may occur. If they do not improve, please contact help@creatrip.com.
