Reservation Info

  1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
  2. Proceed with the full payment. 
  3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a voucher.
  4. Please bring your passport and arrive at the E-Land Cruise ticket office 30 minutes before departure.
  5. Please present your voucher at the E-Land Cruise ticket office and fill out a boarding declaration form. All passengers must complete the boarding declaration form and ID verification at the ticket office and then exchange for a physical ticket. Due to the ID verification process, entry with mobile tickets is not allowed.
  6. Enjoy the tour!

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please bring your passport and arrive at the boarding waiting area 30 minutes before the tour starts.
  • Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when boarding.
  • Electric wheelchairs and electric strollers are not allowed on board. (Folding ones are permitted).
  • Those under 36 months old are free of charge but must present a passport for age verification.
  • The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show operates only from April to October. It may be canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, based on the decision of the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
  • Cruise operating dates may be changed or canceled depending on the cruise or weather conditions.
  • Please make sure to check the reservation date, time, and options, and be sure to read the related terms of use and precautions.
