1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a voucher.
4. Check your voucher at My Page or your email. Present the voucher to the staff during your visit.

During your visit

1. Please visit the kiosk located on the 4th floor and exchange your voucher to a physical ticket. (Be careful not to lose your ticket.)

2. Please verify the type of ticket purchased and the age, then select the locker gender (male/female).

4. After verifying your gender, a locker number will be issued. Please enter the number.

5. Go to the shoe storage area and find the shoe cabinet with the number written on your ticket. (Please use the shoe cabinet within 20 minutes after the locker number (ticket) is issued. If not used, the shoe cabinet will be automatically locked.)

6. Use the same number of lockers as your shoe cabinet to store your clothes.

7. Please use the facilities after showering.

8. When checking out, please visit the counter on the 4th floor to verify any fees on your locker key and settle your account. (Even guests who do not use the facilities must visit the settlement counter to verify their usage time.)

During reservation and visit

• Please make a reservation at least 2 days prior to visit.
• This ticket is exclusively for foreigners. 
• To ensure comfort and safety, entry may be delayed if the maximum capacity is exceeded.
• Operating hours may be adjusted or changed depending on the season or circumstances.
• The Korean sauna spa and waterpark can be used for up to 6 hours. 
• Multipass is valid for up to 9 hours. If you exceed the usage time, there is an additional fee of 5,000 KRW per hour. 
• Please use the shoe cabinet within 20 minutes after ticket issuance, as it will automatically be locked if not used. 
• If you lose a locker key, please report immediately to a staff member. Losing a locker key costs an additional 10,000 KRW.
• All responsibility for incidents caused by the loss of a locker key lies with the individual who lost it. 
• Use the same key (with the same number) for both shoe cabinets and lockers, and be sure to check the number when using them. 
• Shoe cabinets lock automatically after being opened once. 
• Valuables must be stored in designated self-service lockers. We are not responsible for items that are not stored properly.
• Entry fees are non-refundable after admission (except in cases of injury).
• Please use the rooftop pool after showering in the sauna. 
• To maintain clean water quality and prevent fires; food, and burners are prohibited in the waterpark. 
• Food can only be consumed in designated areas. 
• Mats, portable chairs, coolers, glass containers, and pets are not allowed.
• Intoxicated individuals are prohibited from entering and may be forced to leave. 
• Children over 4 years old (48 months) cannot enter saunas, showers, or changing rooms with adults of the opposite gender. 
• Large water toys (over 120cm in diameter) and flippers are not allowed. 
• Proper swimwear is required. 
• Lost items are stored for three months before disposal. 
• Aquafield is a smoke-free facility. 
• Operating hours may vary seasonally and due to events.
• Those aged 12 and above need to pay for an adult ticket.
• Tickets for children under 12 can be purchased on-site. For accurate pricing, please refer to the Aquafield website.
• Children under 36 months enter for free, but no bathing suit or towel is provided. (A passport is required for age verification.)
• Children under 10 years old and seniors aged 65 and above must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Children under 48 months can enter with a passport, as they cannot bathe alone according to public health regulations.
• Phones are not allowed in the locker room or sauna, and taking photos, recording videos, or making video calls is strictly prohibited.
• Please shower before entering the sauna (bathhouse), and note that swimwear is not permitted.

Settlement

• Fees incurred inside the waterpark (for food, beverages, and rentals) are charged using a locker key (electronic key) and settled afterward.
• When checking out, please visit the counter on the 4th floor to verify any fees on your locker key and settle your account.
• For scrubbing services, payment must be made with a locker key and settlement is required at the counter.
• For massage chairs and vending machines at the spa, payment is made with a locker key and settlement is required at the counter.
• Even guests who do not use the facilities must visit the settlement counter to verify their usage time.
• If you do not settle at the counter, you will not be able to open your shoe locker.
• Re-entry is not permitted after settling the payment.
