2025 Gyeongbokgung Palace Royal Court Music Concert <A Performance by 100 Artists> | Exclusive tickets for foreign visitors

• Eligible Participants: Foreigners (including foreign citizens and permanent residents / accompanying Koreans are not allowed to participate).
• Event Period: May 3 (Sat) – May 5 (Mon), 2025 (One performance per day, total of three performances)
• Ticket Sales Period: Available until 23:59 (KST), two days before the event
• Reservation Method: Advance booking via Creatrip (Up to 4 tickets per person)
  • Reservation Confirmation: Entry allowed after verifying the Creatrip reservation on-site
• Duration: Approx. 60 min (performance)
  • Gyeongbokgung Night Tour is not included (Night tours are not available)
• Venue: Geunjeongjeon Hall, Gyeongbokgung Palace
• Age Restriction: Open to ages 7 and above (Children under 7 are not allowed for safety reasons)
• Experience Time (Limited to 100 participants): Arrive at the on-site registration area at least 30 minutes before the performance
• Performance Time: 19:30 – 20:30 (Includes a brief English explanation of the performance)

How to Reserve

1. Please provide the required information in detail. Your reservation will be confirmed immediately upon payment.
2. Please arrive at the on-site registration area (Creatrip information desk in front of Gyeongbokgung Hyeopseongmun and Yongseongmun) at least 30 minutes before the performance. Entry will begin after verifying your Creatrip reservation.
   • Arrive at the on-site registration area at least 30 minutes before the performance. Since Geunjeongjeon Hall is located inside Gyeongbokgung, it takes several minutes to walk there.
   • For smooth operations and safety reasons, entry will not be allowed after the program begins.
   • Parking at Gyeongbokgung is limited, so we recommend using public transportation.
   • Gyeongbokgung Night Tour is not included.
3. After your reservation is confirmed, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
4. Enjoy the experience by following the designated viewing route.

How to Get There

• Address:161 Sajik-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Gyeongbokgung Palace
  • Gwanghwamun Gate will be closed on the event day.
  • It takes a few minutes to walk from the entrance to the event venue, please complete your entry at least 30 min before the event starts.

  • Line 5: Gwanghwamun Station, Exit 2
• Bus
  • South of Gyeongbokgung: 109, 171, 272, 601, 606, 710, 1020, 7025

• Parking
  • Paid parking is available on the east side of Gyeongbokgung (Parking fee at your own expense).
  • Parking inside Gyeongbokgung is limited, so we recommend using public transportation.

Reservation

• This event requires 100% advance reservation, and no on-site ticket sales will be available.
• Participation is only allowed on the selected reservation date. Changing to a different date is not possible.
• This event is exclusively for foreigners. If a Korean national purchases a ticket, the reservation may be canceled without notice, and they will not be allowed entry. (Koreans cannot enter with a foreigner, and only those with a foreign passport can enter.)
• Koreans with foreign permanent residency or citizenship must present both proof of residency/citizenship and their passport at the venue to participate. The Korea Heritage Promotion Agency staff will verify documents and determine entry eligibility. Creatrip is not responsible for entry denials.
• Gyeongbokgung admission is included in the ticket price. However, the Gyeongbokgung Night Tour is not included (as night tours are not available).
• Same-day purchase and use are not allowed.
• Each person can reserve up to 4 tickets. Reservations exceeding this limit may be canceled entirely. Tickets cannot be transferred to others.
• The reservation must include information for both the ticket holder and companions. If the on-site information does not match the reservation details or if the booking is made fraudulently, the reservation will be invalid, and no refund will be issued.
• If tickets are purchased through fraudulent methods or for resale purposes, they may be canceled and restricted from use without prior notice.

Visit

• Please arrive at the on-site registration area (Creatrip information desk in front of Gyeongbokgung Hyeopseongmun and Yongseongmun) at least 30 minutes before the performance. Entry will begin after verifying your Creatrip reservation—please present your reservation details.
• Only ages 7 and above are allowed. (Children under 7 cannot attend for safety reasons.)
• Late arrivals will be guided by staff for delayed entry, but some parts of the performance may be restricted.
• Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event, with front-row seats given first.
• Geunjeongjeon Hall is located deep inside Gyeongbokgung, requiring a few minutes’ walk. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
• The program includes a brief English explanation of the performance.
• Gyeongbokgung Night Tour is not included.
• The organizers are not responsible for accidents or lost belongings due to personal negligence.
• Pets are not allowed at the event.
• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the palace.
• As Gyeongbokgung is a protected cultural heritage site, food, tripods, flash photography, and any items that may cause damage or pose a safety risk are not allowed.
• Restrooms may be difficult to access during the event, so it is recommended to use the facilities before entry (available at Gyeongbokgung Parking Lot and Gyeongbokgung Station).
• Photography and audio recording of any kind are prohibited during the performance. However, after the performance, during the curtain call, you may take photos and videos without tripods or flash.
• Media and broadcast coverage may take place on the event day without prior notice. Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional materials, research, or publications by the Korea Heritage Promotion Agency.

Event

• If rain is forecasted by 1 PM on the event day according to the Meteorological Administration, the performance may be canceled. In that case, ticket holders will be individually notified. Please enter your email correctly to ensure you receive notifications.
• The event time may change due to severe weather or unavoidable circumstances, and a full refund will be provided in case of cancellation.
