Return

After parking in the airport parking lot, return the vehicle to the staff.

Required Documents For Reservation 

• Pickup Location / Desired Return Date and Time  
• Type of Car  
• Messenger (LINE /WeChat /WhatsApp/mobile number usable in Korea, etc.)
• Flight Number

How to Reserve

1. Please fill in the required information in detail.
   * Select Pickup Location → Choose Vehicle → Select Date → Fill in required information
   * Please accurately fill in your ID (name/surname) and driver's age (actual age).
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days.
4. Once confirmed, you will be contacted one day before the boarding date.
5. Upon arrival at the selected airport pickup location, meet with the staff and receive your vehicle.
6. Enjoy your trip!

Reservation Example (for a 4-day rental)

1. Select Pickup Location
2. Choose Vehicle
3. Select the 3-6 day option
4. Choose 4 as quantity and proceed with the payment (Each vehicle is based on a per day basis.)

Required Documents For Pickup

Please be sure to bring your passport, national driving license, international driving permit, and a credit card that can provide a guarantee (cash not accepted).

• Identification: Valid passport
• Driving License 
  • National or residential area physical driving license + International Driving Permit (IDP)
  • An International Driving Permit (IDP) is a translation of your driving license. Therefore, you must carry the original driving license with you. Only the original license issued by an official government is accepted.
  • At pickup, all drivers must present one of the above combinations of driving license and related documents listed. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and no refund will be given.
• Deposit Payment
  
  • Debit cards/check cards (e.g., Visa check card, Mastercard check card, etc.) cannot be used for deposit payments.
  • The deposit is 200,000 KRW and will be returned after one month.
  • Cash is not accepted.
  • At pickup, the driver must present a physical credit card in their own name.

Insurance 

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Insurance (Deductible: 500,000-5,000,000 KRW excluding tax)  
• Theft Protection (TP) Insurance (Deductible: 500,000 KRW excluding tax)  
• Third-Party Liability Insurance

• Pickup and drop-off times are from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Pick up between 7:00-9:00 or drop-off between 18:00-20:00 will incur an additional charge of 50,000 KRW.
• Both pickup and drop-off take place at the same location. (If different, please consult with our staff.) We will provide further details on-site.
• Drivers under the age of 26 or over the age of 60 are not eligible to rent a vehicle.
• Drivers with less than one year of driving experience are also not eligible to rent a vehicle.
• If the driver does not meet the rental conditions at the time of vehicle pickup, the reservation will be canceled and no refunds will be given.
• At pickup, specific features, model, and vehicle color are not guaranteed. However, the vehicle provided will match the reservation details.
• Vehicle types are generally categorized based on their features, size, and capacity. Please note that the same vehicle type may be categorized differently in different regions.
• If you wish to change the return location after pickup, please contact the provider. (additional charges may apply).
• Please make an on-site payment for all additional fees.
• If you need to add a driver or require a car seat after reservation, please contact customer service.
• Early Pickup: Additional fees apply for early pickup. Please check with the rental office for changes and costs. The vehicle must be returned as early as it was picked up; late returns also result in additional charges.
• Late Pickup: If you'll be late for pickup, please contact the rental office or customer service in advance. Failure to notify may result in the inability to pick up the vehicle, and missed rental time is non-refundable.
• Early Return: Returning the vehicle early does not entitle you for a refund for the unused rental period. Some providers may even charge an additional fee for early returns.
• Late Return: If you return the vehicle later than the scheduled time, please inform the rental office in advance. Additional charges will apply and can be paid directly upon arrival. Failure to notify the rental office will result in penalty charges.
