2024 Gyeongbokgung Starlight Night Tour (Exclusive Tickets for Foreigners)

• Reservation Method: Pre-book through Creatrip (maximum 2 tickets per person)
• Reservation Confirmation: Admission allowed after verifying Creatrip reservation details and identity of the booker on-site (physical passport must be presented)
• Sales Period: Bookings available until 23:59 (KST) two days before the event
• Event Period: May 2, 2024 - May 4, 2024, Thursday, Friday, Saturday operation
• Viewing Time: Approximately 110 minutes
• Viewing Course: ① Gather in front of the National Folk Museum of Korea (Meeting Point) → ② Oesojubang (Experience royal court cuisine and watch a gugak (traditional Korean music) performance) → ③ Janggo (Watch a play) → ④ Jibokjae & Parujeong (Interior viewing) → ⑤ Geoncheonggung (English interpretation) → ⑥ Hyangwonjeong (Special viewing)
• Age Restriction: 8 years and above allowed for viewing
• Experience Time (limited to 34 people per session): Registration starts 20 minutes before the event (must arrive at least 10 minutes early) 
  • 1st Session: 18:40 - 20:30
  • 2nd Session: 19:40 - 21:30

Reservation Procedure

1) Please enter the required information in detail.

2) Once payment is completed, the reservation will be confirmed immediately.

3) Please present your Creatrip reservation details and identification (passport) for reservation holder and accompanying person verification at the ticket office.

4) After the reservation is confirmed, the entry time is designated and operated according to the on-site registration order, so please follow the guidance of the on-site staff.

5) Enjoy the experience according to the viewing route.

• This event is 100% reservation only, and there will be no on-site sales. 
• This event can only be attended on the schedule selected at the time of reservation. You cannot participate in a different schedule from the reservation. 
• This event is for foreigner-only tickets. If a Korean purchases it, it may be cancelled without notice, and Koreans cannot participate in the event. (Accompanying foreigners is not allowed, but foreign passport holders can enter.)
• If you are a Korean national with foreign residency rights, please present your passport and proof of documents on-site. The final decision on whether entry is allowed will be made after verification by the Korean Cultural Heritage Foundation staff. Please understand that the above matters are beyond the control of Creatrip, and we will not be responsible for any refusal of entry.
• This event includes admission to Gyeongbokgung Palace.
• Gyeongbokgung Starlight Night provides Doseuk Surasang (regular menu) for experiencing palace cuisine. Please check the ingredients of Doseuk Surasang for allergy-inducing foods, and if you prefer a vegetarian menu, please write it in the request information.
• If you have any special conditions such as allergies or vegan, please write them in the request information when making a reservation, and also inform the on-site staff.
• This ticket cannot be purchased and used on the same day. 
• A maximum of 2 tickets per person can be reserved. If you purchase more than 2 tickets, the entire purchase may be cancelled. Also, the tickets reserved cannot be transferred between acquaintances.
• Please enter the information of the booker and accompanying person when making a reservation. If the booker and accompanying person information is different on-site or if the reservation is made fraudulently, it will be invalidated and no refund will be issued upon discovery. 
• If you use unfair methods or purchase tickets for scalping purposes, the ticket may be canceled without prior notice and usage restrictions may be imposed upon discovery.

During Visit

• This event will start accepting registrations 20 minutes before the event starts. Please present your Creatrip reservation details and identification (passport, etc.) for the reservation holder and accompanying guests at the on-site registration location.
• Experience is available for ages 8 and above. (Children under 8 are not allowed for safety reasons)
• Please note that there may be restrictions on entry if the entry time has elapsed.
• Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival at the venue.
• This event includes a food experience and a night tour lasting 110 minutes, including indoor viewing, so please prepare comfortable shoes and outerwear.
• The event time may change due to inclement weather or unavoidable circumstances, and a full refund will be given in case of cancellation. 
• The event will be decided based on the weather forecast from the Korea Meteorological Administration at 11:00 am on the day of the event. If more than 5mm of rain is forecast, the event will be canceled, and a full refund will be given after individual email notification. Please write down your correct email address as it is difficult to send guidance emails with incorrect email addresses.
• In the event of rain, some areas may be restricted for the safety of visitors.
• We are not responsible for accidents or loss of personal belongings due to negligence. 
• Food, tripods, flash use, and other items that may pose a safety or facility damage risk are not allowed for entry. 
• Pets are not allowed to participate in the event. 
• All areas within the palace are non-smoking areas.
• Gyeongbokgung Starlight Night Tour has a high threshold and stone steps, making wheelchair accessibility low. If you use a wheelchair or have difficulty moving, please contact help@creatrip.com in advance.
