• Eligible Participants: Foreigners (including foreign citizens and permanent residents / accompanying Koreans are not allowed to participate).
• Reservation Method: Pre-book through Creatrip (maximum 2 tickets per person) 
• Reservation Confirmation: Entry allowed after verifying Creatrip reservation details and identity of the booker on-site (physical passport required)
• Reservation Period: Reserve until 23:59 (KST) 2 days before the event
• Event Period: October 20 (Sun), October 27 (Sun), November 3 (Sun) / 18 performances in 3 days
• Age Restriction: 7 years and above allowed (under 7 years old not allowed for safety reasons)
• Experience Time (limited to 25 people per session): Language interpretation cannot be changed on-site.

Reservation Procedure

1) Please fill out the required information in detail.

2) Once payment is completed, the reservation is confirmed immediately.

3) Please present your passport for identification at the on-site registration location (in front of Donhwamun) for Creatrip reservation details, reservation holder, and accompanying guests.

* Registration for this event is available starting 20 minutes before the scheduled start time for each session. Groups will enter at 5-minute intervals, so please be punctual as late arrivals may result in restricted participation.

* If Donhwamun at Changdeokgung is under renovation, the registration and entrance location may be changed to Geumhomun.

4) Follow the guidance of on-site staff after your reservation is confirmed.

5) You can experience the tour alongside a guide, following the designated route.

• This event is 100% reservation only, and there will be no on-site sales. 
• This event is only available for the schedule selected at the time of booking. You cannot participate in a different schedule from the reservation. 
• If the reserved date and reservation options do not match, it may be canceled without notice. Please select the correct date and option.
• This event is open to attendees aged 7 and above, and school-aged children and teenagers must be accompanied by a guardian. (For safety reasons, children under 7 are not permitted.)
• This event is exclusively for foreigners, so only those with foreign citizenship or permanent residency can purchase tickets. Korean citizens (without foreign citizenship or permanent residency) cannot participate in the event, and entry will not be allowed even if they accompany a ticket holder. If such tickets are purchased, they may be canceled after participant information is verified. Cancellation notices will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
• Participants (including both the ticket holder and any companions) must present proof of eligibility (physical passport) at the registration desk on-site. Admission will be granted after verification by the event staff. Please note that Creatrip cannot decide admission eligibility, and if admission is denied, Creatrip is not responsible.
• This event is for foreigner-only tickets. If a Korean purchases it, it may be cancelled without notice, and Koreans cannot participate in the event. (Accompanying foreigners is not allowed, but foreign passport holders can enter.)
• If you are a Korean national with foreign residency rights, please present your passport and proof of documents on-site. The final decision on whether entry is allowed will be made after verification by the Korean Cultural Heritage Foundation staff. Please understand that the above matters are beyond the control of Creatrip, and we will not be responsible for any refusal of entry.
• This event includes admission to Changdeokgung Palace. 
• Tickets cannot be purchased and used on the same day. 
• A maximum of 2 tickets per person can be reserved. If you purchase more than 2 tickets, the entire purchase may be cancelled. Also, the tickets reserved cannot be transferred between acquaintances.
• Please enter the information of the booker and companion at the time of booking. If the information of the booker and companion is different, or if the reservation is made fraudulently, it will be invalid and no refund will be given if discovered. 
• If you use fraudulent methods or purchase tickets for the purpose of reselling, the ticket may be canceled and usage restricted without prior notice upon discovery. 
• If you have any allergies, vegan preferences, or other special requests, please indicate them at the time of booking and inform the staff on site.

During Visit

• Registration for this event opens 20 minutes before the start time of each session. Participants will enter in groups at 5-minute intervals, so please be punctual, as late arrivals may result in restricted participation.
• If you wish to visit Changdeokgung for general admission before the event's registration time, you must pay a separate admission fee at the Changdeokgung ticket office. However, after finishing the general tour, you must exit and re-enter to participate in the event.
• If Donhwamun at Changdeokgung is under renovation, the registration and entrance location may be changed to Geumhomun.
• The event starts accepting registrations 20 minutes prior to the start of the event. Please present your Creatrip reservation details and identification (passport, etc.) for the reservation holder and accompanying persons at the on-site registration location.
• Ages 7 and above only. (Children under 7 are not allowed for safety reasons)
• Please note that there may be entry restrictions if the entry time has elapsed.
• This event involves walking for approximately 100 minutes, so please wear comfortable shoes.
• In the event of severe weather or unavoidable circumstances, the event time may be changed, and if canceled, a full refund will be provided.
• If rain is forecasted during the event time, the outdoor route may be partially altered for safety and visitor convenience:
  • 1-4 mm of rain forecast: The event will proceed as scheduled (however, access to certain areas may be restricted to protect national heritage).
  • 5 mm or more of rain forecast: The event will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
• In case of inclement weather or unavoidable circumstances, the event time may change, and a full refund will be issued in case of cancellation. 
• We are not responsible for accidents or lost items due to personal carelessness. 
• Food, tripods, flash photography, and other items with safety and facility damage concerns are not allowed to be brought in. 
• Pets are not allowed at the event. 
• All areas within the palace are non-smoking areas.
• As the restroom is located at a distance, it may be difficult to access during the event. We recommend using the restroom before the event begins.
