Reservation Info

  1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
  2. Proceed with the full payment.
  3. After the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date, we will inform you via email or messenger app.
  4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 8 days prior to visit: Full Refund
  • Cancellations up to 7 days prior to visit: 70% Refund
  • Cancellations up to 5 days prior to visit: 50% Refund
  • Cancellations up to 3 days prior to visit: 30% Refund
  • Cancellations up to 2 days prior to visit: No Refund

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please make a reservation at least 3 days before the class.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes earlier than the lesson start time. If you do not show up, refunds will not be provided.
  • Lessons are in Korean and English, but given the nature of dance lessons, language isn't a significant barrier, so you don't need to worry if you're not fluent in English.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for the lesson. (Heels and slippers are not allowed.)
  • Dance lessons may be challenging for children under 7, pregnant women, and the elderly.
  • If the minimum of two participants is not met for the group K-POP dance lesson, the class may be cancelled. In such cases, you will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.
  • You can check the song selection for the Group K-POP Dance Lesson on Instagram (@kpop.rawgraphy).
  • If you're signing up for a Private K-POP Dance Lesson, please let us know which song you'd like to learn. If you do not specify, a random song will be selected.
