How To Use
- Enter the date, time, and amount you want to exchange to easily complete your reservation.
- You need to pay a 10,000 KRW deposit to complete the reservation (you don't need to pay the full amount to be exchanged right away). If you are unable to reach the airport due to unavoidable reasons, the deposit will be refunded.
- You can make a reservation until 08:00 KST on the pick-up day.
- Currency collection location: Near the AREX express train gates at Incheon International Airport T1/T2 (detailed directions are in the voucher).
Cancelation Policy
- To prevent no-shows, a deposit of 10,000 KRW will be charged, which will be automatically refunded to you the next day after the transaction is completed.
- Once the reservation is completed, the amount cannot be changed. If you choose to cancel the reservation for personal reasons, there will be no refund.
- If you need to change your personal information after completing the reservation, please send an email to help@creatrip.com. In this case, the deposit will not be deducted.
- If you are unable to reach the airport due to unavoidable reasons, the deposit will be refunded.
Things To Keep In Mind
- This service is available at both Incheon Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
- All currency exchange offices in Korea are legally required to record passport information and report it to the National Tax Service. Creatrip, as an affiliate, does not store any personal information after providing it to the official currency exchange office. After the currency exchange is completed, all provided personal information will be automatically deleted.
- A reservation can be made at any time on Creatrip, but you must make a reservation by at least 08:00 KST the day of the pickup. You can make a reservation up to 14 days in advance.
- Card payments are not available on-site. Please ensure you have cash (foreign currency) on the day of the exchange.
- Please bring the corresponding amount of Korean money to the airport on the day, otherwise you cannot use this exchange service.
- Pickup is available from 10:00 to 20:00 KST. The affiliate staff will be available at all times during pickup hours, so even if you arrive at a different time than your reservation, you can still pick up your money at any time within the available pickup hours.
- Please enter the amount of Korean currency you need to convert at the time of booking. We will calculate the final convertible amount based on the maximum denomination. (maximum denomination: TWD: 1,000 / HKD: 500 / JPY: 10,000 / USD: 100).
- The currency exchange pickup spot is located near the Airport Railroad gate at Incheon Airport Terminal 1 & 2. After you make a reservation, we will provide the exact location through a voucher via email.
- We will help you exchange money according to the exchange rate at the time of booking, so we will not accept the change of amount after booking, and please prepare the corresponding amount of currency on the same day.
- If you want to speed up the collection of currency, please contact the supplier "Money Box".
