Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations 14 days before departure: Full Refund
  • Cancellations 7-13 days before departure: 50% Refund
  • Cancellations 1-6 days before departure: No Refund
  • Reservations cannot be canceled or changed within 24 hours of departure.
  • If you complete the payment with a credit card and cancel the transaction, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation requests are accepted during business hours only. (Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00, closed on public holidays).

  • Vehicle number and guide contact will be sent via SMS or social media channels the day before departure.
  • If you're using LINE/WECHAT, please set it to accept friend invites and messages from strangers.
  • Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. Arriving late will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
  • The minimum number of participants for each option is 6, and the maximum is 42. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum and you wish to proceed with a private tour, an additional fee will apply. In this case, please contact help@creatrip.com.
  • The cherry blossom condition varies with the weather. While the departure date is scheduled for the optimal cherry blossom viewing period, we are not responsible for poor cherry blossom conditions on the day of departure and will not provide refunds or compensation.
  • The seasonal fruit availability varies with the weather. While the departure date is scheduled for the optimal fruit picking experience, we are not responsible for unsatisfactory fruit conditions on the day (e.g., size or sweetness not meeting expectations) of departure and will not provide refunds or compensation.
  • Departure times may be delayed due to road conditions on the day.
  • Generally, the tour itinerary is not affected by rain.
  • In case of severe natural disasters making the tour impossible, you can change the departure date for free or receive a full refund.
  • The schedule may be adjusted based on local conditions, and we will not provide refunds if the tourist site is temporarily inaccessible due to safety inspections or closures.
