2. After the reservation is completed, it will be confirmed within 1-2 days.

3. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. The tour departs on time.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 days before departure: Full Refund
  • Cancellations 3 days before departure: No Refund
  • Even if you do not participate in the entire tour, partial refunds are not possible.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please make sure to specify your exact boarding location when making a reservation.
  • Please follow the instructions provided by the travel agency after your reservation is confirmed.
  • Departure status will be notified by email 2-3 days before the departure date. Please provide the correct email address.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will either change it to another available date or provide a full refund.
  • If the number of participants is less than 2, the tour may be canceled, so please check your email regularly before departure.
  • For additional procedures, payment must be made on-site. In this case, those getting extra treatments will leave separately.
  • 123 Lounge serves coffee or juice to minors, allowing them to also enjoy the facilities.
  • The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on traffic and site conditions.
  • Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats.
