        • Even if you do not attend the entire itinerary, partial refunds are not possible.

        Things To Keep In Mind

        • Please accurately enter the name of the hotel where the pickup will take place when booking. The hotel must be located in Seoul.
        • If you choose Lotte World as your drop-off location, we will drop you off at Lotte World, and the tour will conclude. Afterward, you will need to return to your hotel on your own.
        • If you choose your hotel as the drop-off location, you can use the Lotte World tickets personally within 10 days from the date of receipt.
        • If the tour is expected to be canceled due to weather conditions posing safety concerns, we will contact you the day before and provide a 100% refund.
        • The final confirmation, including tour information, will be sent via email 1 to 3 days before departure.
        • As this tour is designed for foreign visitors, it will be conducted in English.
        • Please adhere to the tour schedule.
        • Children under 36 months old can join the tour for free, but if you're planning to bring a child under 36 months, please indicate in the notes during your reservation.

        I went to Lotte World, which I wanted to visit for the first time when I was 21, and in conclusion, it was a satisfying but disappointing experience. First of all, I was quite satisfied with the rides. Things like Gyro Drop, Flume Ride, Aladdin, Gyro, Viking, etc. were thrilling and quite fun. However, the restaurant was not very tasty for the price, there was no waiting time that was more accurate and properly displayed (I wish it was at a certain distance), and the most disappointing thing was the parade. I didn't want to compare, perhaps because I had seen Disneyland and Disney Sea in Japan, but the difference in quality of the parades was too drastic. But I think that's inevitable (since Disney is a theme park), but it was still a satisfying experience for me.
