Ticket & Activity Reservation Service | Concerts, Exhibitions, and more!

To check the availability of the reservation service, please provide the following information:

1. Reservation link and detailed information about the event (please be sure to include the reservation link).
2. Type (adult, child, etc.) and the number of tickets you want to purchase.
3. Personal information required for purchase (please provide necessary information such as the participant's name, contact number, email, etc.).
4. Please make sure to check if identity verification is required for entry. The reservation service is not available if the purchaser's and the participant's names need to match for the entry.

How to Reserve

1. To make a reservation, click the 'Reserve' button, input your reservation details, and proceed to pay the reservation service fee.
2. After checking the availability of the reservation, you'll be notified regarding the ticket payment request via email. If the reservation is not available, it will be automatically cancelled.
3. For additional confirmation regarding the reservation or if a prepayment is required, we'll contact you through help@creatrip.com. 
4. Once the reservation is confirmed, please check the voucher in the reservation details.

• The reservation service is unavailable if the ticket requires matching the purchaser's and participant's names for entry.
• The reservation service is unavailable if the ticket requires real-name verification.
• Please note that the availability of services for popular concerts and events may subject to change.
