              How To Use

              • We only provide reservation services and do not have any partnerships with the restaurants. Therefore, the establishment may not be familiar with the reservation screen from Creatrip. When you visit, please inform the restaurant your name (please use the name as it appears on the voucher. If you haven't received a voucher, please provide the English name of the person who made the reservation).
              • Click on the 'Reserve' button to make a reservation, enter the restaurant information and applicant details, and then proceed with the payment.
              • The availability of reservations will be confirmed at least 2 days before the reservation date (it may seem like 'Waiting Approval' status before that). If the customer's desired time is available, the reservation status changes to 'Confirmed' immediately. If alternate dates and times are reserved, the reservation will be confirmed after changing the reservation date. If the reservation is not possible, it will be canceled without notification.
              • After the reservation is confirmed, carefully read the reservation time and notes in the e-voucher. Since it is auto-translated from Korean, if there are unclear parts or any questions, please contact help@creatrip.com for clarification.
