Reservation Info

Delivery reservations are available from 14:00 to 22:00. Delivery time may change to '30 minutes before or after' the selected time, depending on the traffic conditions. We appreciate your understanding of the difficulty in ensuring exact timing. Same-day delivery time cannot be changed.
For a smooth delivery, please contact @creatrip on LINE and present your payment details upon completing the transaction. If you do not contact us 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, the delivery will be cancelled immediately.
LINE customer support is available daily from 13:30 to 22:00, providing assistance in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. Please note that prompt responses outside of these hours may be limited.
When entering your delivery address, make sure to include the exact unit number (e.g., Unit 103, Building 201, A Apartment). If only the apartment name is provided without the unit number, delivery may be difficult, and refunds will not be possible.

Cancelation Policy

The delivery area is Seoul only. Once the order is confirmed, refunds are not possible, except in areas where delivery isn't available. Even within the available area, delivery may not be possible due to on-site circumstances. For accurate confirmation, please consult with us via LINE. If you have already made the payment but delivery is not possible to the provided address, you'll receive a full refund.

Things To Keep In Mind

The orders may be canceled due to challenging weather (heavy snow, heavy rain, etc.) or unavoidable circumstances on the delivery provider's end.
An accurate recipient name and contact number are required for delivery. Refunds will not be possible if delivery is not possible due to incorrect recipient information. Please make sure of the recipient's availability to collect the order or provide a designated storage location before ordering.
In certain areas, additional delivery charges may apply based on the store policy. As the costs vary by location and cannot be determined beforehand, additional payment is required upon the delivery person's arrival. We recommend preparing cash in case card payments are not accepted. (The same scenario also applies for gift purposes.)
Delivery to company offices, hotel rooms, school classrooms, or the accommodations of celebrities is not possible. Refunds are not possible, even if the item is returned. In the case of hotel deliveries, the delivery person is unable to go beyond the entrance due to security concerns. Please wait in the lobby to collect your order at the designated time.
