Starting Jan 1, 2025, the store will relocate to the new address. If your reservation is for January 1 or later, please visit us at 56 Seolleung-ro 146-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

1. Please provide the requested information in detail. 
2. Proceed with the full payment. 
3. After the payment is complete, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date, you will be notified through the provided email or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, please show your reservation details to the staff.

• Depending on the type of service, there may be additional charges (on-site payment).
• Interpretation services are unavailable daily from 13:00 to 14:00, except on Saturdays.
• The procedure generally takes between 1 to 3 hours.
• Please make reservations for the actual number of people visiting. 
• You can make reservations for two or more services per person. 
• Please provide all the requested information in detail in the reservation page. 
• Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• There are staff members who can communicate in Chinese and English, and for Japanese, communication is facilitated through translation apps.
• When making a reservation, you cannot choose the level (rank) of the hairstylist. It'll be assigned randomly.
