Easy to find location. Next to Cheongdam stn exit 7. Stylist Ogawa was very patient in explaining the steps of the spa treatment and suggesting a perm. The perm was layered and suited my face shape.

The salon was quite busy when my sister and I arrived. There wasn't any waiting time as I booked sessions beforehand via Creatrip - very convenient! We got our scalp assessed and immediately the 15-step scalp therapy was started. THE BEST SCALP PACKAGE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED 😍 Expectations exceeded - from friendly and English speaking staff, to professional service provided (we were offered drinks). Specially enjoyed the hot shoulder/ neck massage which loosened the muscle knots. I'd most likely book another appointment if ever I return to Seoul. 🥰🫶

There was a small mix up with my booking at first but the staff sorted it out very quickly and I had a consultation with my stylist almost immediately. He explained each step to me very carefully so I knew what was going on and constantly checked if I was happy throughout the treatment. I really enjoyed this experience and would definitely rebook.
