      • Cancellations 2 days before departure: Full Refund
      • Cancellations 1 day before departure: No Refund

      Things To Keep In Mind

      • For groups up to 10 people, transportation will be in a van with a professional tour driver.
      • For groups of 11 or more, transportation will be in a minibus and a guide will be accompanying you.
      • The van driver communicates in basic English, and translation assistance in Chinese and English is available via phone or app.
      • Please arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting point. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and refunds will not be possible.
      • The departure time may be delayed on the day depending on road conditions.
      • Generally, the travel itinerary is not affected by rainy days. However, in the case of severe natural disasters preventing travel, you can either change the departure date for free or receive a full refund.
      • Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats, meals, or admission tickets.
      • Toddlers between 24-36 months need to purchase a separate LEGOLAND admission ticket (on-site payment).
      • If you want to bring a wheelchair or stroller, please inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com.

      The parking lot is far. The parking attendant said I could take the bus or walk. When I left, another employee said there was no bus so I had to walk. It was raining so I looked for it in case the baby got wet... Because it is off-season, many are not open. It might be a good idea to bring some snacks with you. I don't know because I didn't go during the season, but I think this is the end of what's worth seeing. The things they don't operate are water-related, so other than the equipment, there doesn't seem to be much to see. It's a place worth visiting once or twice. It's okay to walk around while watching the kids as there are plenty of places to rest. It is written that there are rest areas here and there, so it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. A stroller is a must. Because it can be difficult for children to walk. There is a place to leave the stroller, so please leave it safely and enjoy the view.
