Operating Information

• Please make a reservation at least 2 days before departure.
• Operating Period: December 10, 2023 - February 25, 2024
• Number of Departure Participants: Minimum 1 person
• Inclusions
  • Option A, B: Round-trip transportation, Sun Kid 8-hour pass, Snowboard (Ski) equipment, Snowboard (Ski) rental, Snowboard (Ski) lessons
  • Option C: Round-trip transportation
  • Option D: Sledding pass, Termeden Onsen pass, Round-trip transportation
• Exclusions: Gloves, goggles, helmet, personal expenses, meals, traveler's insurance

Reservation Process

1. Click the 'Reserve' button on the spot page to make a reservation for the product according to the date and number of people.

2. Your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 days after completion.

3. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before. The tour departs on time.

• The tour operates every day during the Lunar New Year holidays (Feb. 8~11, 2024)
• The Chinese basic lessons have different times from the English lessons. Chinese lessons have a maximum group size of 20 people per lesson and longer lesson times, while English lessons have less than 15 people and shorter lesson times.
• The moving walkway pass included in options A and B can be changed to a lift pass (8 hours) in the additional options.
• Goggles/helmet rental (10,000 KRW) and ski glove purchase (20,000 KRW) are available for purchase on-site.
• Skiing and sledding products can be reserved for children aged 54 months and above.
• Please make sure to fill in the shuttle bus boarding location when making a reservation. 
• The schedule may change on the day depending on weather and traffic conditions. 
• Please follow the instructions of the travel agency after the reservation is confirmed.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to the meeting point. If time passes, we will depart immediately to the next stop for other customers.
• The departure time may be delayed on the day due to road conditions.
• In general, travel schedules are not affected by rainy days.
• In case of severe natural disasters where travel is not possible, you can change the departure date for free or receive a full refund.
• Children under 36 months are free and do not include bus seats, meals, admission tickets, etc.
