How to Reserve

1. Click the 'Reserve' button on the spot page to make a reservation for the product according to the date and number of people.
2. The reservation will be confirmed within 2 days after it is completed.
3. Please present your reservation details to the staff upon arrival.
4. Enjoy your stay.

General Notes:

• Ensure to keep the reservation date and time.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in automatic cancellation with no refund.
• Make reservations at least 2 days in advance.
• Cancellation and full refund possible until 3 days before the visit date.
• For consultation, use online services via Instagram DM (Instagram Link) or KakaoTalk Channel (KakaoTalk Link) 24/7.
• Contact help@creatrip.com for reservation changes and inquiries.
• Strictly adhere to the reservation time; arriving late is not acceptable.

Eyebrow Treatment Before:

• Duration of Retention:
  • Typically lasts 6 months to 1.5 years.
  • May vary based on skin type, post-care, and lifestyle.
• Cases where treatment is not possible:
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding, sensitive skin, skin disorders, hemophilia, metal allergies, aspirin intake, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer patients, and other conditions where treatment is not possible.
  • For eye surgeries (plastic surgery, fillers, Lasik, Lasek), inquire about possible permanent treatment periods.
• Precautions before treatment:
  • Do not trim eyebrows; let them grow.
  • Avoid alcohol the day before.
  • Ensure enough sleep.
  • Photos before and after may be posted on Instagram.
• Design and Symmetry:
  • Treatment follows consultation for design.
  • Utilizes existing eyebrow shape for natural results.
  • Perfect symmetry may not be achievable due to natural asymmetry.
  • Recommended for those not overly demanding on design precision.
• Retouch:
  • Optional after initial treatment; not mandatory.
  • Unnecessary touch-ups can impact the result.
  • If color fades, make a reservation within one to two months; additional fee after two months.

After Eyebrow Treatment:

• Exfoliation of dead skin occurs 3-4 days post-procedure.
• Avoid washing on the procedure day; normal cleansing possible after.
• Apply regenerative cream twice daily for 5 days.
• Avoid cosmetics on the treated area for a week.
• Avoid alcohol, saunas, sweating exercises, and swimming for a week.
• Touch-ups based on results after exfoliation.

Eyelash Perm Pre-treatment:

• Duration of Retention:
  • Typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Duration may vary based on eyelash thickness and condition, as well as post-care.
• Treatment precautions:
  • Notify about tape, glue, perm solution allergies, atopic skin, or past issues.
  • Eye surgery timing after 4-8 weeks; LASIK and LASEK after 3 months; eyeliner semi-permanent makeup after 1 month.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding customers should check with the hospital before reservation.
• After Eyelash Perm Treatment:
  • Wash face 3-4 hours later.
  • Avoid wearing mascara on the same day.
