Reservation Guidelines

• Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
• There are many cases where the reservation time needs to be adjusted. Please make sure to check your email until your reservation is confirmed.  
• For hair and makeup reservations for more than one person, simultaneous appointments are not possible.
• On Wednesdays, hair and makeup services are not available for reservation.
• Maximum quantity for a single reservation: 1

How to Reserve

1. Click 'Reserve' on the spot page to make a reservation for the desired date and number of people.
2. Your reservation will be confirmed within 2 days after completion.
3. Please present your reservation details to the staff upon arrival.
4. Enjoy your visit.

Inclusions

• For standard profile photo shoots, the photos are taken with a white or gray background (suitable for professional or job-related profiles).
• For color profiles, you can choose from various background colors that suit you (an experience unique to Korean photo culture).
• All packages include one data file.

• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
• If you book a package without hair & makeup, please prepare your own outfit for the shoot.
• Clothing rental is limited to suit jackets and shirts. Men’s jacket sizes 95-115 and women’s S-L sizes are available for free. If you have specific clothing in mind, feel free to bring it.
• For upper body profile shoots, you can try various poses. This is ideal for professional or actor profile shoots that require a wider range of shots.
• Your reserved time is the start time of the shoot.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
• If you're more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.
• All packages include one digital file. Original photos are not provided, but you can purchase additional files on-site.
• We can communicate in Chinese, Japanese, and English. For smoother communication, we also use translation apps.
• Please make your reservation at least 3 days before your visit.
• You can cancel and get a full refund up to 3 days before your visit.
• If your package includes full hair & touch-up makeup, please arrive with your base makeup, eyebrows, and eye makeup done. The studio will provide hair styling and touch-up makeup to match the lighting. (Shading, highlights, lipstick, blush)
• If your package includes full hair & makeup, please come with only shampooed hair and basic skincare done. The studio will handle your hair styling and full makeup. Since there's no place to remove makeup at the studio, please arrive bare-faced.
• For hair & makeup packages, if you'd like false eyelashes, you can pay an extra 15,000 KRW on-site.
• Please shampoo your hair before arriving. We don't offer haircuts or shaving, just styling.
• The photo file sent via email is only available for download within a set time. After that, it cannot be downloaded.
• For reservation changes or inquiries, please contact help@creatrip.com.
• Since we operate strictly by reservation, please do not arrive late.
