How to Make a Reservation: Any Important Notes?

To make a reservation, click the 'Reserve' button, input your reservation details, and proceed to pay the agency service fee. The availability of the reservation will be confirmed at least 2 days before the minimum reservation date (it may remain in the pending approval status before that). If the requested time is available, the reservation is immediately confirmed. If the chosen date/time is booked, the reservation status changes to pending confirmation until the date is finalized. If the reservation is not available, it will be canceled without notification.

For additional details regarding salon reservations or if a prepayment is required, we'll contact you through help@creatrip.com. Once the reservation is confirmed, please check the voucher in the reservation details. The voucher includes the final reservation time and any specific instructions. If there are any difficulties understanding the content, please contact us at help@creatrip.com for assistance.

Please note that we only provide agency services and do not have an affiliation with the salon. As a result, the salon staff may not recognize Creatrip's reservation screen. When visiting, kindly inform them of the reservation under your name (based on the voucher name, or if you haven't received the voucher, provide the name on the reservation screen).

How to Change/Cancel a Reservation:

If the status is "Pending Approval," cancellation and refund are possible up to 3 days before the reservation date. However, if the status is "Confirmed," only cancellation is possible, and no refunds will be issued as the service has already been provided.
