Reservation Notes

  • Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
  • Interpretation services are included in the package, so please take note when making a reservation.
  • Only the reservation holder is allowed to enter the establishment, so please be aware of this when visiting.
  • Translation fees are included only in the makeup lessons. No translation is provided for makeup services.
  • For reservations before 9:00 or after 18:00, please pay an additional 10,000 KRW on site.

How to Reserve

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button on the spot page to reserve the product according to the date and number of people.
  2. The reservation will be confirmed within 2 days after the reservation is completed.
  3. Please present the reservation details to the staff upon arrival.
  4. Enjoy the service comfortably.

Cancelation Policy

  • Canceling reservations up to 3 days prior to the visit will result in a full refund.
  • Reservation cannot be refunded if canceled two days before the visit.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Since this is a one-person shop, reservations for two or more people will be handled one at a time.
  • Please make sure to keep the reservation date and time.
  • Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.
  • Please select the correct date and time on the reservation page for smooth progress.
  • If you need a special concept or props, please prepare in advance or inquire in advance. (May not be possible if requested on the day.)
  • The makeup class will be conducted step by step. The expert will demonstrate on one half of the face, and you will do the makeup on the other half.
  • Please note that only the reservation holder is allowed to enter the premises.
  • For hair and makeup, it will be helpful to prepare three photos each with the desired style for hair and makeup.
  • Shampoo and haircut are not included, only hair styling is included.
  • Please come with a bare face for smooth progress.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for the reservation time, the reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be given in this case.
  • There’s an additional 10,000 KRW fee for bookings before 9:00 AM and a 30,000 KRW fee for bookings after 5:30 PM, payable on-site.
