2. After your reservation is complete, it will be confirmed within 2 business days.
3. Please present your reservation details to the staff upon arrival.

• Please be sure make a reservation at least 1 day in advance.
• The beauty treatment may take between 1 and 3 hours.
• When making a reservation, you must pay a deposit to complete the reservation. On the day of your visit, you will need to pay the remaining amount excluding the deposit. Please make sure to check the amount before making the on-site payment.
• There may be additional payments that need to be made on-site for treatment options and hair length.
• Please fill in the required information in full detail on the reservation page for smooth processing.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
• Please book the appropriate number of procedures according to the number of visitors.
• One person may reserve more than 2 procedures.

Hair & Makeup + Photo Shoot

• Original photos from the Hair & Makeup + Photo Shoot package are not provided; only one retouched photo is included (digital file).
• Additional photos can be requested for an extra fee of 10,000 KRW per photo (payment on-site).
• The retouched digital file will be sent via email or AirDrop on-site. Please make sure you provide the correct email address.
