How To Use
- Please be sure to make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
- Choosing a Hanbok, fitting, and hair styling will take about 30 minutes.
- Makeup and photography services are not provided.
Cancelation Policy
- Cancelation up to 3 days before visit:100% refund
- Cancelation up to 2 days before visit: Non-refundable
Things To Keep In Mind
- Free Services: Basic hairstyling, underskirt, item storage
- Paid Services: Hats (2,000 KRW)
- Hanbok sizes range from XS to 3XL (up to a chest circumference of 150cm)
- Each group must leave one form of identification, and the deposit is 10,000 KRW per person.
- An additional 5,000 KRW will be charged for every 30 minutes that you are late to return the Hanboks. Early returns will not receive a refund.
- If you want to add additional items other than the reserved product, please make payment on-site.
- No additional tax will be added when making card payments. Card and cash prices are the same.
- Hanbok tops are translucent, so please wear a white short-sleeved shirt or inner wear underneath.
- Please select the exact date and time on the reservation page for smooth processing.
- You can try on the Hanbok up to 2 times, and from the 3rd try onwards, there will be an additional cost of 2,000 KRW per try.
- In case of serious damage or loss of the Hanbok, 100% of the Hanbok value must be compensated by the customer.
- The Hanbok design cannot be determined in advance and will be decided on-site.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, the reservation will be automatically be canceled. If your reservation is canceled and you'd still like to rent a Hanbok afterwards it is possible, but you will be helped after the other customers on-site.
