Cancelation Policy
- If you cancel your reservation up to 3 days before your visit, you will receive a 100% refund.
- Reservation is non-refundable if cancelled 2 days prior to arrival.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Free services: hairband, slip skirt, digital locker use.
- Paid services: Shoes 5,000 KRW, Handbag 5,000 KRW, Fancy Hair Accessories 10,000 KRW, Hat 3,000 KRW to 5,000 KRW, Accessories 3,000 KRW to 5,000 KRW.
- In the case of Hanbok sizes, they range from S to XL.
- Starting from 2XL, the designs are limited, so please inquire in advance before visiting.
- If you want to add other items besides the reserved ones, please pay on site.
- If you update the hanbok products, an additional amount will be charged based on the store's selling price.
- Hanbok houses have the right to claim full payment for laundry or production fees in case of contamination or damage to the hanbok.
- Please wear a white short-sleeved or inner shirt under the transparent sheer top of the traditional Korean hanbok.
- To ensure smooth progress, please select the exact date and time within the reservation page.
- You do not need to leave any items or deposit when renting a hanbok.
- The design of the Hanbok cannot be predetermined and is determined on-site.
- If you pay the additional amount with a card, no separate value-added tax will be added.
- You can wear a hanbok up to once.
