Papa Taxi vehicles will be waiting according to your reservation time and location.
No extra fees! You can book the service at any time without time restrictions for the same price.
Even if you have a lot of luggage, it's okay! Papa Crew will personally handle your luggage, and the vehicle is spacious enough to accommodate multiple carriers.
If requested by customers, concierge services can also be provided within the limits of the guidelines (e.g. hotel check-in support, etc).

Reservation Info
Please make a reservation at least 2 days in advance.
Please set the pickup time 1 hour after the arrival time of your flight, taking into consideration the immigration process.
For the return flight, please set the pickup time 3-4 hours before the departure time of your flight, taking into consideration the departure process.
When making a reservation, please be sure to accurately input required information such as your English name, airline name, and address.
Number of people: max 4 people
Vehicle: Staria Black or Carnival (4-seater / Allowed to board with up to 5 pieces of 28-inch luggage) (Keep in mind that bringing the maximum number of luggage may limit the available space in the vehicle.)
Your assigned driver will be confirmed 3 days before the scheduled date. Detailed driver information will be provided through the text voucher in My Page > Reservation History, so please be sure to check the voucher before your trip.
Pick-up Location
Pick-up Location: The Papa Taxi driver will be waiting with a name board. Please board the vehicle after confirming the name board/vehicle number.

Destination (Hotel, Accommodation, etc.): Papa Taxi will wait according to reservation time and address.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelation made 2 days in advance: 100% refund
Cancelation made 1 day in advance: Non-refundable
Reservations will be automatically canceled and refunds are not available if the vehicle is not boarded within 1 hour from the scheduled time.
Full refunds will be provided for cancelations due to natural disasters.
Cancelation requests are processed on business days from 09:00 to 17:00, excluding weekends and holidays.
Requests made after 17:00 will be considered as received on the next day, and requests made on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If your flight is canceled or delayed, please notify the customer center (1877-2025) immediately.
Excluded: Guide, travel insurance, personal expenses, additional stops during transit, additional fees for traveling outside the operating area
Please strictly adhere to the reservation date and time.

Children over 36 months old are counted as adults.
Car seats are available at no additional cost, but only junior car seats for children over 4 years old are provided (not available for children under 3 years old).
If the number of people or luggage exceeds the limit, the reservation request may be declined.
