   1. Kyochon Chicken Delivery + Healing Tent

• Delivery reservations are available from 14:00-22:00. Delivery is available 30 minutes before or after the selected time depending on traffic conditions. Please understand that it is difficult to set the exact time. Same day delivery times cannot be modified. 
• For a smooth delivery, please contact @creatrip on LINE ro show your payment details after payment is completed. If you do not contact us 30 minutes before the designated time for delivery, the delivery will not proceed and will be canceled immediately. 
• The response time for LINE is from 13:30 to 22:00 daily and is available in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Keep in mind that at other times, it may be difficult to get a quick response.
• In some areas, additional delivery charges may be required at the site according to the store's policy. As costs vary by region, they cannot be pre-determined or prepaid, and must be paid upon the delivery person's arrival. Since card payments may not be available, it is recommended to prepare cash in advance. (The same applies to gifts, and the recipient must be informed beforehand.)

   2. Healing Tent Ttukseom Branch

• Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
• The following products are all based on a 4-hour rental period, and for time extension, there will be an additional charge of 5,000 KRW per hour. For an all-day pass, there will be an extra charge of 10,000 KRW (on-site payment).
• You can choose the board games when you go to pick up the rental items.
• Healing Tent Banpo branch will have an open event for the month of August! 
• When you make a reservation through Creatrip, all rental items will be offered at a 50% discounted price from the original price. 
• Additional fees for time extension and all-day pass are not applicable to this discount event.

• When entering the delivery address, you must enter the correct room number (eg, A-Apartment 201, 103). If you enter only the apartment name and room number, the delivery will be difficult and no refund will be given. 
• When delivering to a hotel, the courier cannot walk to the door due to security concerns. You must wait in the lobby at the scheduled time and be ready to pick up your order.

   2. Healing Tent Ttukseom Branch

• Please follow the reservation date and time strictly.
• For any additional products or time not included in the reservation, please make payment on-site.
• To ensure a smooth process, please select the exact date and time on the reservation page.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
• Customers are responsible for the payment if there are any loss or damage to the rental products.
• For Healing Tent, you must pick up the products directly at the store, not at the Han River.
• In case of severe weather conditions or natural disasters, the reservation amount will be automatically refunded.
• For products with optional choices, please make the selection directly at the venue.
