          There was a staff member who could speak Japanese, and everything from choosing the outfit to styling the hair went smoothly. The person who did my daughter's hair styling was very good and she looked better than the other tourists. I also have medium-length hair, and they easily styled it with accessories like a headband.

          The photographer is very professional. Although there are many people in Gyeongbokgung Palace, he still tries to find a scene without people.           Highly recommend this Korean server! The hair accessories are beautiful❤️It looks great in photos~ My friends and I like them very much. The sister in the store can speak Chinese and communication is smooth. You choose the skirt you like, and my sister will help match the top and wear the hanbok. I remember there are 6 hairstyles to choose from!

          • Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 11:00 - 20:00 
          • Reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance. Please ensure to follow the reserved date and time. It is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes before the reserved time.

          Cancelation Policy

          • [In Korea Hanbok Rental] Canceled at least 3 days before reserved date: 100% refund
          • [In Korea Hanbok Rental] Canceled 2 days before reserved date and later: No refund
          • [Bukchon Photo Studio] Reservation changes or cancellations must be completed at least 7 days prior to the visit for a full refund.
          • [Bukchon Photo Studio] Changes to the reservation should be made by sending an email to help@creatrip.com.

          Things To Keep In Mind

             1. In Korea Hanbok Rental

          • Free services: Hairstyling, hairbands, hair accessories, bags, lockers.
          • Paid services: Undergarments, hats, hanbok shoes.
          • In case of delayed return, an additional fee of 5,000 won per hour will be charged.
          • If you wish to add any additional items apart from the reserved products, please make the payment at the store (based on the in-store price).
          • No deposit or ID is required for hanbok rental.
          • There is no additional fee for card payments.
          • Please select the correct date and time on the reservation page for smooth processing.
          • Hanbok sizes are available from S to 4XL.
          • Makeup services and photo shooting services are not provided.
          • Rental is available during store operating hours and please return by 7:00 PM.
          • A maximum of one hanbok can be worn.
          • For reservation changes or other inquiries, please contact help@creatrip.com.

             2. Bukchon Photo Studio

          • Reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance. Please ensure to follow the reserved date and time. It is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes before the reserved time.
          • If you are wearing a hanbok (Korean traditional clothing) for the photo shoot, please consider the time needed for dressing when scheduling the shooting time.
          • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late from the reserved time, additional charges may apply, or the reservation may be canceled. Hanbok rental is separate. 
          • If you wish to have a hanbok photo shoot, you can rent a hanbok at a discounted price from 'Annyeong Hanbok' located in the same building, which offers Creatrip benefits. However, hair and makeup services are not provided.
          • Please note that communication in Chinese is not possible. Only communication in English is available. 
          • The reservation will be confirmed within 1 business day.
