Airport Express Train AREX + N Seoul Tower Observatory Admission Ticket + Lotte World Full Day Pass

   1. Airport Express Train AREX 

• This is a ticket that can be used within 6 months after purchase on Creatrip. It cannot be used after the expiration date. 
• This ticket comes with a QR code voucher that has a 13-digit exchange number that can be entered both online and offline (ticket kiosk) in exchange for a ticket.
• After payment, the Creatrip voucher will be sent immediately. The QR voucher is used for ticket exchange and is not a boarding pass.
• To use it online, you must make a reservation on the official AREX website first, then be sure to have the mobile ticket and QR code when you ride the AREX.
• For offline use, you can make a reservation at the ticket kiosk on-site. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a physical ticket with a QR code. Please input your 13-digit exchange number or scan the QR code on the ticket vending machine to exchange it for a physical ticket.
• When making an online reservation, only one exchange number is applied per ticket. For round trips or reservations for two or more people, please make a reservation for each ticket needed.
• After making a reservation online or offline, you can scan the QR code on your ticket at the train gate for immediate entry.

   2. N Seoul Tower Observatory Admission Ticket

• Your reservation will be confirmed immediately. 
• You can check them on 'My Reservation' or on the email address you entered. 
• The voucher includes a QR code that can be exchanged for a physical ticket at the kiosk on-site(N Seoul Tower PLAZA 5F, Observatory Deck Entrance).
• The issued voucher is valid until July 21th, 2024, and can be used once within the validity period, on both weekdays and weekends.

   3. Lotte World Full Day Pass

• Your reservation will be confirmed immediately after payment and a voucher will be issued via email. 
• Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to the entry date. You can book tickets up to 30 days from the current date. 
• The ticket is in the form of a web ticket linked to a URL. You can enter the ticket immediately by presenting the QR code in the URL without needing to exchange it at the ticket office. 
• You cannot use a screenshot to enter as the QR codes are constantly changing for security purposes. Customers who cannot use data are recommended to connect to 'LOTTE FREE' Wi-fi in Lotte World. 
• Please reserve at least 2 days before entry.

   1. Airport Express Train AREX 

• Due to system upgrades, direct train seat reservations will be temporarily unavailable starting December 18, 2024 (Wed).
  • Affected Trains: All direct trains
  • Effective Date: From December 18, 2024 (Wed)
  • Reservation Resumption: TBA
• Infants under 6 years old are free of charge when accompanied by a guardian. However, if you want a separate seat, you must purchase an additional ticket.
• You can use it regardless of the direction of Seoul Station -Incheon Airport / Incheon Airport - Seoul Station. 
• This is a one-way ticket, please purchase two for a round trip. 
• This product is exclusively for foreigners and cannot be used by Koreans. 
• This ticket is limited to trains between Seoul and Incheon International Airport. 
• If you change to a regular subway or go to places other than Seoul Station and International Airport Station an additional fee will be charged at the counter. 
• After payment, the Creatrip voucher will be sent immediately. The QR voucher is used for ticket exchange and is not a boarding pass.
• If you are unable to board the train for the reserved time slot, it is possible to change the departure time before the original departure time has passed. The first change is free, and after that, a fee of 1,000 KRW will be applied per change (up to 3 changes allowed). 
• Details on how to reserve tickets, change reservations, refunds, etc. can be found on the AREX site. 

   2. N Seoul Tower Observatory Admission Ticket

• This product is for foreigners only.
• The price for adults and children are the same. 
• In order to preserve the environment, vehicles from outside cannot enter Namsan since 2005. Please note that you cannot enter by car. 
• The Namsan Observatory Deck admission ticket does not include the Namsan cable car fee. 
• Please note that the cable car fee must be paid separately on-site. 
• Children under 24 months can enter for free if they bring supporting documents (certified copies, etc). A maximum of 1 infant is allowed per adult.
• For safety reasons, there may be restrictions on the use of some facilities when the weather conditions are bad or safety checks are required. 

   3. Lotte World Full Day Pass

• The price for the Full-Day Pass (1 Person) is the same for adults, teens, and children. 
• Child: 36 Months - 12 Years, Teen: 13 Years - 18 Years, Adult: 19+ Years
