Reservation Info

  • Please make a reservation up to 2 days before departure.
  • Number of available passengers: 1-6 people
  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before boarding time.
  • Carrying identification is mandatory, and IDs captured or photographed on a mobile phone are also acceptable.
  • For half-day/full-day products, feel free to use them while the ship is docked at the port for the remaining sailing time.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancelation up to 5 days before the experience (by 17:00): 100% refund
  • Cancelation up to 2 days before the experience (by 17:00): 50% refund
  • Cancelation up to 1 day before the experience (by 17:00): 30% refund
  • No refunds for cancellations made after that time.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Available languages: Korean, English
  • Included: Wine glasses/Champagne glasses, basic tableware, Bluetooth speaker, life vests
  • Not included: Food and drinks (You are free to bring and consume your own food and drinks, except for red wine and some other items)
  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the boarding time.
  • Please adhere to the arrival time for the benefit of other passengers.
  • In case of bad weather or wind warnings making sailing impossible, rescheduling or a 100% refund is possible.
  • Passengers are responsible for compensating for any damages caused by their own fault.
  • The experience may be canceled due to weather conditions or safety reasons.
  • We operate normally even when it's raining; if sailing is not possible due to heavy rain or storm warnings, rescheduling or a 100% refund is possible.
  • Operating the yacht yourself is not allowed. (Even if you hold a yacht certification, only a captain with a Korean yacht certification can sail under domestic law.)
  • For half-day/full-day options, the maximum sailing time is 1.5 hours/3 hours respectively. The remaining time can be freely spent while the boat is docked at the port for parties, etc.
  • The maximum number of passengers is 6; for additional passengers, please inquire via email.
