Cancelation Policy

  • Canceled 7 days before visit: 100% refund
  • Canceled 3 days before visit: 50% refund
  • Canceled 2 days before visit: No refund

Things To Keep In Mind

  • This product is available through reservation only, so please strictly adhere to the reservation date and time.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will automatically be canceled and a refund will not be issued.
  • Additional retouching is available for 30,000 KRW on-site and additional original files are available for 70,000 KRW on-site.
  • Credit card payments on-site have a 10% fee.
