[How to Reserve & Use KTX] 

1. Request a reservation on Creatrip. 
2. Confirm availability and send the voucher.
   (Final reservation details can be found on the voucher, so be sure to check it.)
   On the day of reservation, prepare the voucher and board the KTX.
   (If train staff request ticket verification, access "My Reservation" and show the voucher.)

[How to Reserve & Use AREX]

1. The purchase must be used within 6 months regardless of the reservation date.
   Reservation is confirmed immediately after payment completion.
2. You will receive an exchange number (13-digit number) QR voucher, which can be used both online and offline (on-site ticketing machines).
   Your Creatrip voucher with QR code will be sent within 24 hours after payment. 
3. The QR voucher is for exchanging into a ticket and is not the boarding ticket itself.
4. For online usage, you need to make a reservation in advance on the AREX official website and then visit with the ticket containing the QR code.
5. When reserving online, only one exchange number applies to one segment. 
6. For round-trip or bookings for two or more people, please reserve for each segment.
7. For offline usage, you can make reservations at the 'Direct Train Ticketing Machine' on-site. 
8. Input the exchange number (13-digit number) or scan the QR code at the ticketing machine to exchange it for a physical ticket.
9. After completing the online/offline reservation, scan the QR code on the ticket at the train gate for immediate entry.

[KTX Cautions]

• This product is a reservation waitlist item, and it may not be available for use if there are no reservable trains. 
• If the train time you have reserved is sold out, the reservation will be processed for another available train time (up to 30 minutes before or after your original choice). 
• The final reservation details for KTX can be checked on the voucher, so please be sure to verify the voucher. 
• Creatrip KTX is sold at a 15% discounted rate for a limited quantity. 
  As a result, refunds are not possible. 
  Please make reservations according to your schedule. 
• According to the regulations of Korail (Korea Railroad Corporation), you can only make reservations for tickets within 30 days from the current date. 
• Please complete your reservation at least 7 days before the departure. 
• If train staff request ticket verification, access "My Reservation" and present the voucher. 
• You can use the free onboard Wi-Fi, "KTX-free," for internet connection. 
• Teenagers and child fares are not sold separately. 
• If there are special circumstances such as a wheelchair, please inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com, and we will assign an appropriate train car accordingly.

[AREX Cautions]

• Children under 6 years old can travel for free when accompanied by a guardian. 
  However, if a separate seat is desired, an additional ticket must be purchased. 
• The ticket is one-way and can be used for both directions between Seoul Station and Incheon Airport, or Incheon Airport and Seoul Station. 
  For a round-trip journey, please purchase 2 tickets.
