How To Use
- Please make a reservation at least 3 days before your visit.
- We will send you the vehicle number and guide contact information via social media or email the day before departure.
Cancelation Policy
- Canceled 3 days before departure: 100% refund
- Canceled 2 days before departure: 50% refund
- Canceled 1 day before departure: No refund
- Changing the date of use is only possible up to 3 days before the ticket's date of use, and after that, it cannot be changed and will be treated as a cancelation according to the cancelation and refund policy, incurring a fee.
