- In the event of rain or snow, departure will proceed unless weather conditions are severely unfavorable, in which case the departure date may be changed or a refund will be provided.
- The schedule may be subject to slight changes depending on road conditions, traffic situations, and the status of tourist attractions.
- Children under 36 months old can accompany for free, but separate seats cannot be provided.
- If you are late for the meeting time, we will not wait for other customers.
- One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.
