How To Use
- Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance of your visit.

- If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your reservation time, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- For accurate analysis, please arrive with a bare face (no sunscreen or colored lip balm). If you choose to wear makeup, our studio provides cleansing facilities, but please note that session time may be shortened.
- We recommend wearing clear contact lenses instead of glasses or colored lenses.
- Please avoid wearing hooded tops, turtlenecks, and silk materials for accurate color analysis.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, the consultation cannot be provided, and there will be no refund for no-shows.
- Even if there are two or more participants, all participants must arrive on time for the session to proceed.
- Only customers participating in the program are allowed entry. Friends and family members cannot accompany.
- Unauthorized photography or recording during the consultation is not permitted (photography time is available separately).
