How To Use
- Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
- For the 2, 3, and 4-hour packages, please make a reservation based on the check-in time. For example, if you choose the 2-hour package from 14:00 to 16:00, set the reservation time as 14:00.
- For the All Day and 1-night 2-day packages, please make a reservation for 15:00.
- In the evening, due to the use of lighting, it may be difficult to take good photos. Therefore, we recommend visiting between 10:00 and 18:00 for photo shooting.

Things To Keep In Mind
- Reservation date and time must be strictly adhered to.
- Party Room Charlotte can accommodate up to 4 people.
- Communication is possible in Chinese and English, and other languages such as Japanese will be facilitated through a translator.
- This space is a non-smoking area. In the event of damage caused by smoking, compensation measures may be implemented.
- If all props are not returned to their original positions and separated for recycling, cleaning costs may be charged.
- Please be careful not to stain the dress. After taking photos, please change before having a meal.
- Please be cautious of any equipment damage. Compensation measures may be implemented in case of equipment damage.
- The rental time is based on the check-in and check-out times, not the actual shooting time. (This includes preparation and cleaning-up time.)
- The use of lighters, burners, and all other fire hazard items is prohibited. We do not take responsibility for any safety accidents. Please handle with caution.
- The photo files sent via email have a designated download period. Once the period is over, you will not be able to download them.
- For reservation changes and inquiries, please contact help@creatrip.com.
- It is absolutely not allowed to arrive late under the 100% reservation system.
