  • Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.
  • All the following products are based on a 4-hour duration, and there is an additional charge of 5,000 won per hour for time extension and 10,000 won for a full day pass (on-site payment).
  • You can choose board games when you come to pick up the rental items.
  • Healing Tent Banpo branch will have an open event for the month of August!
  • When you make a reservation through Creatrip, all rental items will be offered at a 50% discounted price from the original price.
  • Additional fees for time extension and all-day pass are not applicable to this discount event.

Cancelation Policy

  • Canceled 3 days before visit: 100% refund
  • Canceled 2 days before visit: No refund

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please strictly adhere to the reservation date and time.
  • If you wish to add any additional items or time other than the reserved product, please make the payment on-site.
  • To ensure smooth progress, please select the exact date and time on the reservation page.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for the reservation time, the reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be given.
  • In case of loss or damage of rental items, the customer will be held responsible and must make the payment.
  • For Healing Tent, you must visit the store directly to pick up the product, not for pickup at the Han River.
  • In case of severe natural disasters, the reservation amount will be automatically refunded.
  • The period for renting tents at the Han River is from April 1st to October 31st. Please take note when making a reservation.
