- Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
- The following products are all based on a 4-hour rental period, and for time extension, there will be an additional charge of 5,000 KRW per hour. For an all-day pass, there will be an extra charge of 10,000 KRW (on-site payment).
- You can choose the board games when you go to pick up the rental items.
- When you make a reservation through Creatrip, all rental items will be offered at a 50% discounted price from the original price.
- Additional fees for time extension and all-day pass are not applicable to this discount event.

- Canceled 3 days before visit: 100% refund
- Canceled 2 days before visit: No refund

- Please follow the reservation date and time strictly.
- For any additional products or time not included in the reservation, please make payment on-site.
- To ensure a smooth process, please select the exact date and time on the reservation page.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
- Customers are responsible for the payment if there are any loss or damage to the rental products.
- For Healing Tent, you must pick up the products directly at the store, not at the Han River.
