  3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days.
  4. If there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you'll be contacted through e-mail or messenger apps. 
  5. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellation made 3 days prior to the visit will result in a 100% refund.
  • Cancellation is non-refundable if made less than 2 days prior to the visit.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please select the correct date and time when making a reservation.
  • You can book for up to 4 people per time slot. For reservations of 5 or more, please contact us.
  • You can choose the design of the wooden ring you want during your visit (walnut, oak, maple, birch).
  • Different pieces of the same type of wood can vary in grain, color, texture, etc.
  • A ring gauge is available on-site to measure your ring size.
  • Please check with the staff throughout the ring-making process as the ring size may decrease.
  • Please be careful not to hurt your hands with rough wood chips and sandpaper.
  • Please be sure not to let the finished wooden ring get wet for long periods of time.
  • If constantly exposed to water, the natural color and surface gloss of the wood may deteriorate.
  • If you have more than 2 people in your group, the ring-making process may take slightly longer than the usual duration.
