  • Hours: Sun-Thu 11:00am-8:50pm / Fri-Sat 11:00am-9:20pm
  • Ice rink resurfacing hours: 12:50 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 17:30 / 20:00 (It takes 30 minutes)
  • The expiration date of the product is 3 months after purchase.
  • Vouchers will be issued within 1-3 business days after making a reservation, and you can check them in [My reservation] or the email you provided.
  • Vouchers include a QR code, and you can exchange them for physical tickets at the Lotte World Ice Rink ticket booth on B3 floor.
  • ​The ticket booth operates from 30 minutes before opening to 30 minutes before closing. Please check the operating hours on the day of your visit as they may vary depending on the circumstances. (Ticket booth direct number: 02-411-4595)

Things To Keep In Mind

  • ​All products include skate rental fees.
  • ​Operating hours and ice resurfacing times may be adjusted depending on the on-site conditions.
  • The expiration date of the product is 3 months after purchase.
  • The ice rink can be used for 3 hours after admission, and re-entry is not allowed upon exit.
  • Children aged 7 and above can enter with their guardians, and children under 6 are not allowed to enter.
  • ​It is mandatory to wear a helmet and gloves at the ice rink. Gloves can be purchased on-site for 1,000 won.
  • ​The ice rink can be used for 3 hours after ticket issuance, so please use the ice rink before visiting the museum.
  • When using the museum, present the ticket issued for museum admission.
  • Since there is a risk of injury at the ice rink, please strictly follow the safety rules inside the rink.
  • ​Entry to the ice rink is not allowed without wearing skates, and eating and smoking are also prohibited.
  • ​For lockers, you need to pay the usage fee for each opening and closing of the door. Please follow the on-site instructions for detailed usage instructions. (Locker usage fee: 1,000 won/2 hours, 1,000 won per hour for exceeding 2 hours)
  • ​If you use the locker room to retrieve your belongings, your usage will be considered complete and you will not be able to reuse it, so please take out all your belongings.
