You must book through Creatrip to receive discount. On-site discounts are not available.
The reservation is automatically confirmed upon payment and the device can be picked up on the same day.
Reservation date changes and cancelations are only possible up to 3 days prior to pickup, and after that, they are not possible. Additionally, refunds are not available after pickup.
If you exceed the rental period, additional costs incurred at the return location will be charged at the regular selling price (3,300 KRW per day).
When your device is lost or damaged, you must report it immediately and pay the customer liability with your own credit card.
When picking up, a credit card under the user's own name is required. (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)
You must purchase for a minimum of 3 days.
The registered credit card information is used for charging delayed fees, loss, damages, etc., and the information is discarded upon return.
