Reservation Info

  • Please make the reservation at least 7 days in advance of your visit. 
  • The photo editing process will take approximately one week, and the studio will send you total of 5 edited photos and the original files via email.
  • In case of photo book production, please make the payment on-site at the location.
  • The makeup session will take 60 minutes, and the photo shoot will take approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

Cancelation Policy

  • Canceled before 7 days of visit : 100% Refund
  • ​Canceled before 6 days of visit : No refund

Things To Keep In Mind

  • You need to prepare your own outfits. If needed, we offer free wedding attire (women's dresses, men's tuxedos), so please let us know when making your reservation.
  • It’s best to bring as many outfits as possible, as the photo shoot will involve 1 to 2 outfits depending on the concept. 
  • If you need additional concept outfits on-site, please contact us at help@creatrip.com and pay any additional fees on the day of the shoot.
  • Please make sure to adhere to your reservation date and time. For smooth proceedings, select the exact date and time on the reservation page.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be provided in this case.
