It was my first time eating whole buckwheat and it was very delicious. I like it without having to worry about speed. It's a place with a waiting list, but for some reason there wasn't one today, so I just ate lunch. Feels like an old restaurant. The price is a bit expensive, but it's delicious so I nod.

It's been a while since I've been to Yeouido, so I tried to have soybean noodle soup for lunch at Jinju House... observing the holiday... haha.
Thinking about daily noodles, I went to Cheongsu Udon.
It was cold due to the strong wind on the way, so I chose buckwheat noodles on the menu.
Buckwheat noodles, which are eaten like udon with soba noodles, have a different texture from udon, and since some time, restaurants that serve both udon and hot soba have chosen hot soba...
First of all, the texture of the noodles is different from the zaru soba or cold soba that many people are familiar with, but there is something strangely appealing about it.
Please note that udon and soba (buckwheat noodles) are types of noodles, not menu names. Udon is a noodle whose main ingredient is wheat flour, and soba is a noodle whose main ingredient is buckwheat flour... The way to eat it seems to depend on the type of noodle... Like zaru udon and zaru soba... lol.

I suddenly wanted to eat buckwheat noodles, so I asked in a local open chat room and got a recommendation, so I went to this restaurant.
I arrived around 11:30 and the line was already quite long.
Still, I think I got out faster than expected and had to wait about 10 minutes to get in.
Yeouido office workers eat a lot.
The buckwheat noodles are delicious and the kimbap is surprisingly delicious.
I ordered 3 types of buckwheat set meal: buckwheat noodles, kimbap, etc. The buckwheat set meal is buckwheat noodles + tofu sushi.
The fried tofu sushi was okay, but I personally found the kimbap to be more delicious.
At a table where only 4 men sat, they ate 2 more plates of buckwheat each.
For adult men who eat a lot, one plate of buckwheat may not be enough.
