Cancelation Policy

- When delivering to a hotel, the courier cannot walk to the door due to security concerns. You must wait in the lobby at the scheduled time and be ready to pick up your order.
- In some areas, additional delivery charges may be required at the site according to the store's policy. As costs vary by region, they cannot be pre-determined or prepaid, and must be paid upon the delivery person's arrival.
