Head director Jin was very friendly and helpful with explaining the procedure. It was a fun and satisfying process. 

I did my due diligence and researched the hair salons in Seoul area.  Ultimately, decided to go to CHOP Hair -Gangnam branch.  Made reservations for my daughter and myself on a Sunday morning.  The entire team was very friendly and professional.  The hair department lead, Jin, was very skilled.  He professionally cut and styled our hair and lead the team to take care of his clients so that the treatments were running smoothly and efficiently.   We initially only booked cuts, but ended up adding hair treatments!  My husband and my son were also quickly added in last minute and we all left there smiling from ear to ear and eager to give them our money.  Will definitely pay a visit to CHOP hair for a stylish cut and some pampering next time we’re in Gangnam. Thank you so much for being so awesome and attentive.  Oh, their delicious and refreshing tea (which was better than some teas we had at cafes) and cookies were a great touch! 10/10  XOXO
