  • Please be sure to make a reservation at least 2 days in advance.
  • You can make a reservation for up to 4 people at a time.
  • Please make a reservation by selecting the right amount of people.
  • One person can make reservation for 2 or more products.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancelation 3 days before visit: 100% Refund
  • Cancelation 2 days before visit: Non-refundable

  • The process can take between 1 to 3 hours.
  • Please accurately fill out the required information on the reservation page for a smooth reservation process.
  • You must pay the initial deposit when making a reservation, and the remaining amount will be paid on-site on the day of your visit (excluding the deposit).
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
