The Director is very helpful and good understanding of the communication, apart from that he gave me good advice to and helped me to use the different way to reach the colour I was looking for instead damaging my hair more.

The clerk's service is very good, but the communication may be poor, so the results presented are not as expected. My daughter's hair was dyed yellow, which she didn't want (the store suggested bleaching and then dyeing it to make it look shiny). My daughter’s hair is dyed orange. Next time if I have the chance, I will just choose to have my hair cut.

- You must pay the initial deposit when making a reservation, and the remaining amount will be paid on-site on the day of your visit (excluding the deposit).
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
