- The full-day rental is valid until 18:00.
Cancelation Policy
- Cancelation 3 days before scheduled date: 100% Refund
- Cancelation 2 days before scheduled date: Non-refundable
Things To Keep In Mind
- Free services: Inner skirt, locker, daenggi ribbon hair styling
- Paid services: Accessories, bags (3,000 KRW), hat (5,000 KRW), shoes (10,000 KRW)
- If you wish to add additional items to your reservation, please pay on-site.
- You are allowed to try a Hanbok on one time.
- Please select the exact date and time on the reservation page for smooth processing.
- When renting a Hanbok or locker, you must leave your passport or ID card at the store.
- Women's Hanboks can accommodate up to a maximum chest circumference of 113cm.
- Men's Hanboks can accommodate up to a maximum chest circumference of 120cm.
- No additional fees will be charged for card payments.
- Please return your Hanbok to the store before your rental time is up.
- An additional fee of 5,000 KRW per 30 minutes will be charged for delayed returns.
- Makeup and photography services are not provided.
- The specific design of the Hanbok cannot be determined in advance. You can choose the Hanbok design on-site.
- Customers are responsible for lost or damaged accessories and locker keys and must pay for them.
