Insurance is included in the Jeju Island rental car package, so you don't need to pay any additional insurance fees on-site.

How To Use

This product is available for purchase for up to 5 tickets per person (with a maximum of 120 hours of use).
To purchase, select your vehicle pickup date, choose your vehicle, and buy the ticket for the desired length of time (each ticket is valid for a maximum of 24 hours).
This product is a reservation-only item, and we will confirm availability and provide a final confirmation within 1-2 days of your reservation request.
Please note that even if payment has been completed, vehicle availability may not be guaranteed until the deadline. (100% refund will be issued in case of unavailability.)
Once your reservation is confirmed, you may use the rental car for the scheduled amount of time.
For any changes to the itinerary, extension of use, or vehicle type change, please contact us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date. (Please note that changes may not be possible depending on the rental car company's policies.)
When making a reservation, please provide your passport name (in English), the number of passengers, and the date and time of vehicle use. (If this information is not provided, your reservation cannot be processed.)
1. Please purchase tickets for each date according to the schedule of using the vehicle. (One ticket is valid for a maximum of 24 hours.)
Example 1) If you plan tor rent a Full-size car from 09:00 on March 1st to 15:00 on March 3rd = March 1, 2 (24 hours x2) + March 3 (6 hours) = 54 hours -> Choose March 1st as the first day of use and purchase 3 tickets
Example 2) If you plan to rent a VAN from 09:00 on March 1st to 09:00 on March 5th = March 1, 2, 3, 4 (24 hours x4) = 96 hours -> Choose March 1st as the first day of use and purchase 4 tickets
2. Please make sure to provide your passport name (in English), the number of passengers, the date and time of vehicle pickup, and the date and time of vehicle return. (If you do not provide this information, your reservation may not be accepted.)
Example) Vehicle pickup date and time: March 1st, 09:00 / Vehicle return date and time: March 5th, 15:00
3. We will confirm the availability of your reservation and notify you of the final decision within 1-2 days of your reservation request. If your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a voucher.
4. On the day of vehicle pickup, take the shuttle from Jeju Airport to the rental car company. (Please check the reservation name and number of passengers before boarding the shuttle.)
Shuttle operating hours: 08:00 - 20:00
Shuttle pickup location: Jeju Airport 1st floor, Gate 5 [Rental Car House]
*Jeju OK Rent-a-Car - Rental Car House Zone 3, No.7 (operates every 10 minutes)
5. Fill out the contract and pick up the vehicle from the rental car company.
Vehicle pick-up available hours: 08:00 - 20:00
6. Return the vehicle to the rental car company on the scheduled return date. (Late returns may result in penalty fees.)
Vehicle return available hours: 08:00 - 20:00
Vehicle pick-up and return can only be done at the rental car company, and for fuel, you must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up. (If there is not enough fuel, a fuel charge will be applied and excess fuel cannot be refunded.)

Cancelation Policy

Canceled at least 3 days before reserved pick-up date: 100% refund
Canceled 2 days or on the day of reserved pick-up date: No refund
Extension of rental period or partial refund based on remaining ticket time is not available, so please accurately specify your usage schedule.
Partial refunds are not available for early vehicle returns.
In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters on the day of pick-up, a full refund is only possible upon submission of a flight cancellation confirmation document.

1. Insurance Information
Car Insurance: Insurance that covers the cost of damage to a rental car caused by the driver's fault.
The car insurance applied to this product is 'Super Unlimited' insurance that covers all accidents and injuries except for 12 major faults without any compensation limit.
The insurance premium is included in the price of this product.
*Insurance Conditions

Age: 26 years or older
Driving experience: 2 years or more
Required documents: International Driving Permit valid within the past year, passport, certificate of entry confirmation, domestic contact number that can be reached, accommodation address (to be confirmed upon vehicle pick-up)
Compensation limit: unlimited
Deductible: none within the compensation limit
Loss of use fee: none within the compensation limit
▶ The insurance is also applicable in case of a single accident (100% customer fault).
▶ However, the insurance is extinguished after the initial single accident.
▶ Coverage for 12 major faults, wheel and tire damage, and roadside assistance due to customer negligence are excluded from insurance coverage regardless of whether or not car insurance is in effect.
